Observed no thermometer to be available in the following units: 1) ICE CREAM FREEZER AT FRONT COUNTER, 2) CHEST FREEZER IN BACK, 3) 2 DOOR COOLER IN BACK. Provide for an accurate, conspicuous thermometer, that is accurate within +/- 3°F, to be available in all units holding potentially hazardous foods. (750.140) Next Inspection
